Service Description

This 2-hour live workshop is designed to help you more easily shift out of "left hand path" patterns and access a more supportive nervous system state—using approaches that align with what you are already practicing in the Gupta Program. In this workshop, you will build your own personalized “Joy List”—a collection of simple, meaningful, heartwarming, or even light and playful experiences your mind can begin to access more automatically. Many people find that even when they know the brain retraining steps, it can feel difficult to apply them in real time during the day. This is not about adding something new to learn. It is about strengthening your ability to use what you already know in a way that feels more natural and accessible. From a neuroscience perspective, this supports how your brain already works. Your Reticular Activating System (RAS) filters what you notice and prioritize. When it is repeatedly directed toward concern or challenge, it reinforces those patterns. When you gently guide it toward simple, safe, and positive experiences, you train it to notice and return to more supportive states. This is where your personalized Joy List becomes powerful! This also helps soften the brain’s natural and innocent negativity bias by gently increasing exposure to neutral and positive experiences—without forcing anything or bypassing your current experience. We will also integrate subtle somatic elements that communicate directly with your nervous system, helping your body register cues of safety, ease, and support. During the workshop, I will guide you through this process and share examples, while inviting group contribution to expand your Joy List in a way that feels natural and supportive. You will leave with: • Your own personalized “Joy List” to use daily • A clear & embodied way to access the “right hand path" to support healing • Greater ease accessing regulated states Living with a complex chronic health condition can feel overwhelming. This is a practical, supportive, experiential workshop designed to help you feel more steady, resourced, and connected to simple moments of ease throughout your day. Live session included, with a recording available for all who register. You are invited to come on camera at the beginning to help cultivate safety, and can then turn it off at any time.
