Service Description

Do you want Clarity, Inspiration, and Direction while doing the Gupta Program, to support your return to a healthy life? Do you have questions that are holding you back from feeling confident in doing the program? Do you need specific feedback to get reassurance that you are doing the program "correctly?" Do You feel overwhelmed, or just need encouragement or accountability? Personal coaching is highly supportive in answering all your questions, and giving a clear path of how to use the Gupta Program for your unique experience and circumstance. During this consultation, we determine if you would continue with Individual sessions, and if so, how often. Sometime people only need a few sessions to inspire them. Others need, or prefer to meet more often, depending on their circumstances and desires. The Certified Gupta Coaches have a vast amount of experience and wisdom. If I feel that another coach would be better suited for your circumstances, we can look at this option together, as well. As coaches, we also received support from our own coach, as we regained our health. It needs to be a match that feels right for you. *PayPal is the only payment option at this time
